Pre-Operative Shopping List
There's lots to do and buy before your facial rejuvenation procedure, and much of it is detailed in our comprehensive article on preparing for surgery. Now, we will make it even easier for you to avoid that last-minute scramble with our click-and-print shopping list. You may already have many of the items on hand.
Here's a handy guide for what you may need before, during and after your procedure:
Pharmacy:

___ Approved over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen

___ Surgical dressings/surgical supplies (as recommended by your surgeon)
___ Hibiclens or antibacterial soap

___ Scar minimizers such as silicone sheeting
___ Bromelain or Arnica montana supplements
___ Hot water bottles/heating pads for your back
Grocery Store:
___ Frozen bags of berries or peas (to use as cold packs)
___ Crackers
___ Bottled water or other beverages
___ Frozen dinners/easy-to-prepare comfort foods
___ Pudding and/or Jell-O
Department Store or Other:
___ Several fluffy pillows
___ Journal
___ Pens
___ Charged laptop computer, cell phone, e-reader or tablet, video game console, or electronic device of choice
___ Pajamas, robe or oversized, comfortable shirts that button in the front
